Make
sure all the required blanks are filled out on the billing and
shipping address page. If you or your internet service provider
are running popup blocking software it may keep the alert windows
from being able to prompt you that a necessary item is not filled

If
you are using Internet Explorer you will need version 5.5 or
above. Mac users will need to use Safari or the latest version
of Netscape
as Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer for Mac computers,
it doesn't have the updated features needed to function properly
with the cart.

If
you are running a firewall or security/privacy software on your
computer or network it may block necessary information that the
cart needs to process the order. It will need to be temporarily
disabled or adjusted to continue.

The
browser settings within Internet Explorer can block the cart
