iPod/Mp3 Interface

or LX models
iPod Interface made
by USA Spec. Connects your iPod to factory radio for
great sound quality. Charges iPod while in use and continues to
charge for 1 hour after use. Direct mode allows you to control
the songs through the iPod. Other modes allow for control through
the factory radio. See owners manual link below for specifics
On EX Models with XM ready radios it will display song information
on the radio when not in direct mode.
Models without XM ready radios and LX model will not display song
information.
The Interface also includes RCA inputs for
connecting a non-iPod device. Radio controls won't control
anything other than volume when connected through RCA inputs as
it is audio input only.
Control unit measures approximately 3.5" x 3 " x 1.5", includes
cables for connecting control to factory radio (approx 4' long)
and iPod to control unit (approx 4.5' long). Cables for connecting
other audio devices to RCA connectors are not included.
Note: The installation instructions cover how to access
the back of the factory radio for connecting the cable. The Running
the cables, and positioning the control unit is up to you.
Specifications and functions can change with new iPod models and
firmware and software updates from Apple to the players.
Can't be used with the MP3 player deck sold below.
Can't be used with any of the other audio add-on's sold below.
