Hotmail
and MSN use a system for trying to reduce spam that also affects
non-spam, important emails that you would need to see. They
delay some inbound emails for as long as 4 days before delivering
them to you. |

Your
settings may also cause inbound emails to be automatically deleted,
without any notification that they were ever received. |

recommend using a different email service for contacting us
and when submitting an order. |

If
you do not have an alternate email address we recommend checking
your settings to make it as likely as possible that you will
receive emails from us regarding your questions or if there
is a problem with your order. |

To check your settings:
-> When in the main mail page (the one that shows
the messages in your inbox) on Hotmail click on the "Options"
link in the upper right hand corner.
-> Then click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
-> Then click on "Delete Junk E-Mail"
-> Make sure "Deliver to Junk E-Mail folder
and delete later" is checked
-> You will still have to regularly check the Junk E-Mail
folder as they tend to send many legitimate emails to that
folder. And the emails may still be delayed for hours or days.
