Important – Even if an item was received by you with damage to
it, it still
needs to be repackaged
to avoid further damage on the
return to us.

is received here with damage that wasn’t noted when we
were contacted
and the item wasn’t packaged properly we won’t be
able to ship a replacement or refund for it.
Package All Returns Carefully
Regardless of the reason for the return, package all items carefully
to avoid damage in transit.
Reuse all of the original packaging
and padding. The foam, paper,
and plastic bags are all there to protect the merchandise during
shipping.
- Many plastic and painted surfaces can be easily
scratched, even by just rubbing against the
box they are in.
- If you are missing any of the original packaging
or are unsure of how the
items were packed contact us before sending the item.
- If the item that you are returning
was inside another larger box when you
received it then it needs
to be shipped back to us inside another box to
protect it.
Even if an item is damaged or is incorrect we need to
receive it back here in the condition that it was in when you received
it.
We will not be able to replace or refund for items that are damaged
due to incorrect packaging.
