---------------------- In Case of Damaged Items, Shortages or Missing Parts
- Inspect all items as soon as you receive them.
Notify us by email at Info@HandA-Accessories.com within 24 hours or receipt
of items. Save all packaging along with the damaged items for damage claims.
Please include your name, invoice number and the part# of the damaged item(s)
in the email.
---------------------- For Returns:
- Email us at Info@HandA-Accessories.com within 45 days of the invoice date for
a Return Authorization Number. Include your name, invoice number and part numbers
of the items that you want to return. We will email you back with RA#. If item
is damaged be sure to note that in your request.
- Please make sure all hardware and packaging are included with the
return. We cannot refund for incomplete returns.
- Please avoid marking directly on the boxes, tape the return label
(included at the end of this form) to the package. When possible package the
item inside another box for shipping. Package items carefully to avoid damage
during transit. We cannot refund for items that are damaged in transit to us.
- Items must be in new condition. Once an item is attached, bolted
on, connected, plugged in or scratched, dirty or installed in any way it is
considered used and is not returnable. All
returned items must be spotlessly clean.

- All returns are inspected prior to processing the refund. If an
item is missing parts or in unacceptable condition for return you will be notified
via email.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours (Monday - Friday only) for return processing
once the item is received here. Refunds will take up to 7-10 days for your credit
card company to show them after we submit the refund.

- Insure shipment for the full value when shipping, get signature
conrimation and insurance (USPS Delivery confirmation is not a valid proof of
delivery as it only states that a shipment was delivered to a specific Zip code.
Package all items carefully. Make sure all original packaging and protective
material are in place. It may be necessary to repackage the box the items are
in inside a larger box with additional padding to make sure that it is not damaged
in transit to us. We cannot refund for items that arrive with any damage to
them. Cardboard and even packing paper can scratch the finish. The original
boxes we ship the items in may not be able to protect them for a second shipment

There
is no need to cover up the Honda part number on the box,
there is no chance that the shipping company could
confuse that for an address.
Only write the RA# in the spot on the return label above, do not write it on
the actual part box.
