Q: Are these really  Genuine Honda Accessories?
A:
Yes, all items with " Genuine Honda " at the start of their description are  Genuine Honda Accessories, they are the same accessories that any Honda dealer in the US sells, backed by Honda's 12/12,000 Warranty against defects at any dealership in the US.    - More Information -
All other items are backed by their manufactures individual warranties.
 
Q: Why do I have to have my shipping address on file with my credit card company?
A:
To protect both the cardholder and ourselves from fraud we require that the address the order is shipping to be on file with your credit card company. Without that step it is far too easy for someone to place an order using your card without your authorization or knowledge and have it shipped to whatever address they like.
 
Q: My year or model isn't listed, do you have accessories for it?
A:
We currently only have accessories for the years listed online. To see the full list of years and models we carry accessories for start at the main page <CLICK HERE>. Click on the links to the models and years from there.
 
Q: Do you accept other forms of payment?
A:
We are only able to accept credit cards issued by US banks with matching billing information. No money orders, no check, no paypal.
 
Q: Will the accessory fit on another year or model?
A:
Honda doesn't provide any cross reference information for any of the parts or accessories. We have no information on if an item might fit another year or model. For safety and warranty reasons all accessories are only sold for the years and models listed. Installing any item on another year or model is not recommended, may be dangerous and will void any warranty coverage.
 
Q: How can you sell them for so cheap if they are  Genuine Honda ?
A:
Honda has a suggested list price for all of their parts. The dealers can price them however they want to and quite a few dealers will price theirs above the list price.  For our internet sales we discounted the prices as low as we could go by treating all the internet sales as though they were being purchased by a single customer (the same way a large repair shop receives special pricing)
 
Q: Is there any type of discount if I place a large order?
A:
No, since our pricing is based on the quantity of orders placed over the internet as a whole. We aren't able to offer additional discounts on individual orders.
 
Q: How difficult are they to install?  Are Instructions Included?
A:
We can't judge how difficult any item will be for an individual to install so in the descriptions for each item there is a link to "wrench View the Installation Instructions". The instructions are in Adobe PDF format. To view them you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It can be downloaded for free at: www.Adobe.com If you don't see a link for instructions just email at Info@HandA-Accessories.com me and I'll get them for you asap. We also do include copies of the installation instructions for the accessories with every order (maintenance parts and items noted as requiring a custom install do not include installation instructions).  We strongly recommend that you view the installation instructions prior to ordering.
 
Q: I can't view the instructions on my computer. What do I do?
A:
To view them you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. It can be downloaded for free at: www.Adobe.com.   Keep in mind that some of the instruction files are quite large and will take awhile to download enough that your computer is able to display them.
 
Q: Do you have other parts or accessories available?
A:
We currently only have the items that are listed online available. If there are other items you would like to suggest that we carry please email us.  We can't give you a quote, however if there is enough interest in specific items we can look into adding them to the site.
 
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A:
Only on orders being shipped to California addresses. Since we are located in California we are required to charge 8% tax on those shipments. It will be added to the total on those orders.
 
 
Q: I have a California resale number, do I have to pay sales tax?
A:
We are only able to do retail sales, we aren't setup for any wholesale so all orders shipping within California will have sales tax added.
 
Q: What if my order is damaged on its way to me?
A:
Although years of shipping accessories has taught us how to best package them to ensure that they arrive in perfect shape it is still a possibility that the shipper may damage an item in transit. If you receive a damaged item notify us immediately by email at Info@HandA-Accessories.com and hold onto the item and all of the original packaging. We will handle the claim with the shipper and also handle getting you a replacement.
 
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A:
We don't ship outside of the 50 United States. Shipping Information   The accessories we sell are only designed for US market vehicles.  If an item is shipped outside the US by a 3rd party for you we are unable to provide warranty coverage or service for the accessories in any way. Payment must be made with a credit card issued by a US bank with matching address information on file.
 
Q: What if there is an error with the price or a glitch in the shopping cart causes it
     to register  incorrectly.
A:
We can only honor the posted price on the website. In the event of an error with the listing in your shopping cart or online invoice we will hold the order and contact you with the corrected information and will not proceed with the order until we hear back from you.
 
Q: How private is the information I supply online?
A:
